Delivery & Pick Up Times
Our policy is to deliver our customers a great tasting product within 40 – 60 minutes of the time the order was placed. Pick up times are 20 – 30 minutes. We do not time guarantee delivery times due to safety concerns for our drivers and the people in the communities we serve. If for some reason we are not at your door or lobby within the quoted delivery time – rest assured we are on the way.
Please understand delivery times may vary for large orders and may be effected by inclement weather, technical issues or location related issues such as power outages and order volumes.
Pick up quote times may vary due to store volumes and order sizes.
Satisfaction Policy
Not satisfied with the quality of your order, missing items, or incorrect items delivered to your home. Please contact our C.A.R.E team at: 310-7777 and pressing 5 to resolve the issue with your order.
Issues involving core menu items such as pizzas, pastas, subs, salads or sandwiches, Gabriel’s will gladly replace the product.
Incorrect or un-satisfactory product must be returned to the driver so that we may avoid issues of food safety and to verify all issues and claims are true and valid.
Issues involving supplementary food items such as dipping sauces, beverages or appetizers – a credit will be issued for the value of the product on a future order.
Gabriel Pizza reserves the right to determine the validity of all claims made in regards to order satisfaction and order correctness. To avoid abuse of customer service guidelines we ask that issues and complaints be received within 24 hours of order placement so that we may accurately assess and correct issues.
Credits
Credits may be redeemed on future orders at any Gabriel Pizza location. Credits are not to be used on the order involving the credit issuing. Credits may not be converted to cash. All credits are time sensitive and must be redeemed within 365 days of issue date or credits will become invalid. Store credit that has expired will not be re-issued for further compensation.
Delivery Charge
Gabriel Pizza Delivery locations charge $3.50 for delivery orders. Please note that the delivery charge is not paid to drivers and is not considered a tip. Delivery charge helps us to continue to hire quality candidates locally by having a competitive wage structure and to offset rising ingredient, labour, and energy cost.
Call Center
In order to provide the best possible customer service, Gabriel Pizza created the Gabriel Pizza Order Desk in 2008. The order desk is a locally operated facility creating over 80 new jobs in Ottawa and Gatineau over the past 2 years. In addition to new jobs, Gabriel Pizza has been able to offer seamless service in both official languages. We are confident that you will find our order desk efficient and hassle-free. The Gabriel’s phone team is friendly, knowledgeable, and will always offer you the best deal possible.

Gluten Free
Gabriel Pizza is proud to offer our customers a locally sourced (Ottawa manufactured) Gluten Free/ Vegan certified pizza crust option. As we are happy to offer this option, we would like to inform customers that Gabriel Pizza locations are not Gluten Free facilities and we cannot guarantee that our stores are 100% cross-contamination free. Our Gluten Free/Vegan pizza product is prepared separately from all other products, on a freshly sanitized surface with dedicated pizza trays, cutters, and prep tools. Tools and trays used for preparation are stored in an airtight container before and after each order. Each store has been provided with sanitary guidelines and information kits relating to the proper handling of gluten products, and a celiac disease information kit.
ALLERGENS: Crust is prepared in a facility that uses eggs, sesame seeds and tree nuts.
Product is produced in a facility that produces peanut products.
INGREDIENTS: Corn starch, Rice flour, Potato starch, Dextrose, Psyllium, Fructose, Hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, Inulin, Sorbitol, Water, Yeast, Extra virgin olive oil, Brown cane sugar, Sea salt

$5 Entertainment Book Offer: The $5 card and coupon inside the 2010/2011/2012 Entertainment Book is valid for redemption at Gabriel Family Restaurants (Dine-In Only). This offer is not valid for pick-up, delivery, or take-out orders.
